Exclusion
Exclusions are determined by the size of the property and severity of the rodent issues. However, every situation is unique, and prices can be a case by case basis.
All exclusions include a 2-week follow-up. Check-ups after 2-weeks will be considered a recurring service.
Small House≈$250+tax
Medium House≈$300+tax
Large House≈$400+tax
Recurring
Recurring services assume that the initial exclusion has already been completed. I recommend bi-monthly treatments. Pricing is based on how much time has passed since your last service. Because rodents are continually attempting to enter, delays in seeking treatment can allow the issue to worsen.

Bi-monthly≈$95-$105+tax
Tri-monthly≈$105-$120+tax
